East Sydney's newest property located just minutes out of the CBD in the Moore Park/Waterloo precinct. An oasis of tranquility designed for both business and leisure travelers – bringing all the comforts of your own home with the added touches that you need from a hotel, without all the fuss! Other facilities available to our guests are a heated indoor pool, gym, sauna and spa located within the complex (building #2)which is a 1 minute walk from the Danks Street Apartments. Simply a great location, our brand new apartments which are all oversized and fully self contained, feature luxurious king sized beds which split into two singles to meet your every bedding requirement. All apartments have fully equipped separate laundry, which includes clothes washer, dryer, iron & ironing board. CASH BOND PAYMENTS: If you plan to use cash as an option for security / bond deposit, please not this can only be done with official & valid photo identification, in the same name as the original booking name. The cash bond will only be refunded when your apartment has been inspected by the hotel manager (please be aware this may delay your departure) during front desk operational times. This property is only a 15-minute taxi ride from Sydney International and Domestic Airports !!! We require the following credit card bond (pre-auth) on arrival. $100 for 1-bed Apt; $200 for 2-Bed Apt; (or $500 cash bond for any Apt type if you don't have a Credit Card).

Getting There
Traveling north on South Dowling Street turn left into Danks Street shortly after you have passed the Orange Self storage facility and the two new high-rise Meriton developments that are under construction. A Taxi from the CBD typically will be less than 10-mins and approx AUD$16.00.
Car Parking
Limited under-cover car parking is available for guests at a charge of AUD$15.00 per night/per car; payable direct to reception on arrival. Limited car parking spaces available, spaces cannot be pre-booked or guaranteed. Car parking is on a first come / first parked basis. Spaces cannot be held or reserved. Reception will help, where possible to arrange offsite alternate arrangements if our car park is full. Note: street parking is limited and regularly patrolled.

Check-in Procedure
Between 2pm and 6pm check in at reception. After 6pm report to security guard on duty. Guest must check in first to obtain car park swipe card prior to gaining access to car park.
